Your files never leave your device
Every tool on this site runs entirely inside your browser. Images, videos and audio are read by the browser engine, processed by a program running locally, and written back to your device when you download the result. We never receive your files, we cannot see them and we could not restore them for you. Closing the tab discards everything that was held in memory.
What we actually collect
We do not ask you for an account, a name or payment details, and the tools never send us the content you work on. Like any web server, our hosting provider records technical connection data such as the requested address, the date and time, the browser type and the IP address, solely to deliver the page and to defend the site against abuse.
Why we are allowed to process it
Connection logs are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reachable website, as allowed by Article 6.1.f of the GDPR. Should we ever introduce a feature that needs consent, such as analytics or advertising cookies, this policy will be updated first and nothing will be written before you agree.
How long we keep it
Connection logs are kept for a limited period, normally a few weeks, and are then deleted or anonymised. No file you open with our tools is ever stored on our side, so there is nothing about your content for us to retain. Preference cookies such as your theme choice live on your device until you clear them yourself.
Your rights
You can ask for access to the personal data held about you, request its correction or deletion, object to the processing, or obtain a portable copy of it. Because we do not build profiles and we do not use your data for advertising, in practice the only data tied to an IP address is a short-lived server log. Write to the address above to exercise any of these rights free of charge.
Children
The site is a general purpose tool and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect anyone's personal data and we do not collect data from children on purpose. If you believe a minor has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page to reflect new features or new regulatory requirements. The revision date at the top always shows when the text was last changed, and the change is relevant to you only when the way your data is processed actually changes.
Contact
For anything concerning this policy, write to pixonity.privacy@gmail.com. Requests are answered within thirty days, as required by the GDPR.
